The South Loop is one of the fastest growing and most dynamic neighborhoods in all of Chicago due it its ideal and convenient location. Located just south of the heart of the city and most of its landmarks, the South Loop is quickly being developed as new high rises seem to be emerging daily. One of neighborhood’s more popular areas is a shining example of this rapid development, Printer’s Row. Printer’s Row features many buildings that used to be printing plants or publishing houses that have now been converted into condos and lofts. Being able to live, work, and play in the same area is what helps to make this neighborhood so appealing. Outside of its close proximity to the Loop and other transit stations, new residents can enjoy the Museum Campus which contains popular landmarks such as the Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, and Adler Planetarium. Just south of the Museum campus is Soldier Field, home of the Chicago Bears. Fans can not only catch Bears’ games there but can also find some of the biggest concerts playing there as well. Shop till you drop? The clothing options are endless at the Roosevelt Collection, which is also attached to one of the city’s biggest theaters.
